Booking Information

Barefoot Bowls Party Payment Policy

Full Payment is required 7 days in advance of your booking. This can be paid via cash (direct deposit), credit card (Visa, Matercard, or American Express) or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Tested Pty Ltd. A 25% deposit is required 14 days before your function.

Corporate Functions booked in the months of November and December will require pre-payment 4 weeks in advance.  Any cancellations within the four week period will incur a 100% cancellation penalty at the discretion of Tested Barefoot Bowls.

A tax invoice will be supplied upon the completion of all corporate bookings.

To reserve bookings of 15 or more people we require credit card details.  Accepted cards are American Express, MasterCard and Visa.  No monies will be charged to the card unless subject to the cancellation fee. *Diners Card is NOT accepted. 

Cancellation within 7 days or a ‘no show’ on the day will incur full payment of the account at the discretion of Barefoot Bowls party.
