Booking Information

Terms and Conditions

Deposit
A 25% deposit is required 14 days before your function.
To reserve bookings of 15 or more people we require credit card details.  Accepted cards are American Express, MasterCard and Visa.  *Diners Card is NOT accepted. No monies will be charged to the card unless subject to the cancellation fee. Cheques are acceptable and should be made payable to Tested Pty Ltd.

Confirmation
All bookings will require final confirmation of numbers 7 days in advance of your function date.  Numbers can not be reduced within the 7 day period.  An increase in numbers will be accepted 2-3 days prior to event at the discretion of Tested Barefoot Bowls. 

Cancellation Fee
Cancellation within 7 days of the function date or a ‘no show’ on the day of the function will incur full payment of the account at the discretion of Barefoot Bowls Party.

Payment
Full payment is required 7 days in advance of your booking. This can be paid via cash (direct deposit), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) or cheque. Cheques are acceptable and should be made payable to Tested Pty Ltd.

Functions booked in the months of November and December will require pre-payment 4 weeks in advance.  Any cancellations within the 4 week period will incur a 100% cancellation penalty at the discretion of Barefoot Bowls Party.

A tax invoice will be supplied upon the completion of all corporate bookings.

Food & Beverage
CATERING WILL BE CHARGED AT FINAL CONFIRMED NUMBERS AS ADVISED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.  The cost of catering is included in the package price.  Please see confirmation for terms and conditions.  A dry till account for beverages can be arranged on request.  Function guests will receive a coloured arm band for ease of purchase.


Rain/inclement weather
Greens do not maintain moisture and can be played on half an hour after rain.

If it rains continually on the day of your event, you will receive a function credit to re-book for bowls on another day.  THE CATERING FOR YOUR FUNCTION MUST GO AHEAD AS PLANNED.  If your group plays for up to 1 hour, a 50% charge of your total bowling fee will be incurred at the discretion of Barefoot Bowls Party.

Cancellation due to weather is at the discretion of Barefoot Bowls party.  If we have to cancel the event due to unforseen circumstances all monies will be refunded.  If you do not show up or cancel outside the time specified by these terms and conditions, a full payment cancellation penalty will be incurred.
